Canadian Academy of Defensive Driving Inc.

Build a Career That Saves Lives

Driving instruction is not a temporary gig between jobs. At CADD, it is a respected profession that shapes the safety of Ontario's roads every single day.

If you are a certified driving instructor—or willing to become one—and you believe that teaching someone to drive means teaching them to survive, we want to hear from you.

Why Work at CADD?

A Mission You Can Stand Behind

We are not a franchise churning out minimum-standard lessons. We are a mission-driven academy founded by public safety professionals. When you teach at CADD, you are part of an organization that measures success in collisions prevented, not just tests passed.

Competitive Compensation

Flexible Scheduling

Choose the hours that fit your life. We offer weekday, evening, and weekend shifts. Instructors can work part-time or full-time.

Professional Respect

Our instructors are employees and contractors, not disposable freelancers. You receive structured lesson plans, administrative support, and a team that values your expertise.
