Send the following to careers@caddonline.ca:

Current resume
Copy of your Ontario Driving Instructor Licence
Recent driver's abstract (within 30 days)
Copy of your current Safety Standards Certificate
Copy of your current CRJMC
Brief cover letter explaining why you want to teach at CADD specifically

We review every application personally. If your values and qualifications align with our standards, we will contact you within five business days to schedule an interview and assessment drive.

Not Certified Yet?

If you have a clean record, strong communication skills, and a passion for road safety, but you are not yet MTO-certified, we can guide you through the certification process. Contact us to discuss the pathway from applicant to instructor.
