  • Ministry of Transportation (MTO): We submit required student records and certification data directly to the MTO as mandated by Ontario law.
  • Courts and Legal Authorities: For court-mandated Driver Improvement programs, we share completion certificates and attendance records with the referring court or legal representative, as required.
  • Service Providers: We use trusted third parties for payment processing, website hosting, email delivery, and customer relationship management. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
